you need to supply is ordinary kitchenware, a gallon jug, household bleach
and some re-sealable bottles. To ensure success, the brewing process (see
instructions) has been greatly simplified by using state-of-the-art brewing
and packaging techniques in the development of the ingredients for this
kit.The Emergency Beer Kit makes it easy to maintain a fresh supply of
home-brewed beer with a minimal investment of time, space and equipment.

Congratulations! You have found the finest, most shelf-stable all-malt
beer kit available. The Classic Pale Ale brewed from this kit gets its
smooth malt and fresh hop flavors and aromas from these fine ingredients:
Premium dry Kosher barley malt carefully mashed and extracted by
vacuum evaporation to minimize temperature-induced changes resulting in
superior quality, flavor and shelf stability. This dry malt extract is
much more stable during storage than liquid malt extract.
The finest Belgian specialty malts, made from carefully roasted, blended
and crushed barley grains. These "specialty malts" have been carefully
sealed in special vapor- and oxygen-barrier bags to preserve their fresh,
delicate flavors and aromas. These specialty malts are a major factor in
creating the superior flavor and body of this excellent beer.
Hop oils and essences which have been extracted using state-of-the-art
natural CO2 processing. This process yields temperature-stable whole hop
essences--not just the bitter (alpha) components. The result is exceptionally
high-quality fresh hop flavors and aromas never before found in a beer
kit! The hop extracts used in this kit are extremely stable and remain
fresh even without refrigeration.
Brewer's yeast carefully selected for its outstanding flavor, purity,
and viability when re-hydrated. The yeast selected has a minimum shelf
life of one year.
Other ingredients include: malt flavorings (maltodextrose, maltotriose),
priming (corn) sugar, (vegetable) finings.
Supplies include: fermentation airlock, drilled stopper, racking
equipment, muslin steeping bag and complete instructions.
